YES, I have already started my planned daily morning routine. :) I started with 30 situps for today. Will be doing this for the rest of the days of this week. And then I’ll be doubling up the number of my situps every week. :D
Hope this’ll be successful. :p Though I have already seen a little change with my tummy because I have started to lessen my rice consumption. :D
